Dear TSA member,

As the weather gets pretty rough these days, I hope you all dress warm enough!

The TSA board is leading a casual ice-skating trip to the Millennium Park on next Saturday, Feb 18th. Many of you have probably ice skated on the Midway, but it’s still worthwhile to experience ice skating in the Millennium Park because TSA will sponsor its members the $7 skate rental fee, which means you get to ice skate for free! The idea is that we’ll take the #6 bus to downtown as a group in the afternoon (everyone is responsible for his/her own CTA $$), but we will not come back as a whole group. What you do after skating is entirely up to you. You can come back to Hyde Park early with friends, or you can have dinner/ go to movies/ go shopping downtown (at your own expenses, though). That’s why I said this would be a “casual” trip.
